These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of amoreahq.com and any purchase you make from Amorea Pets (“Amorea”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

6. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your item, subject to the eligibility conditions and exceptions in our policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the approved instructions and return address. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.
