Orders

After checkout, keep your confirmation email handy. If you need help with an order, contact us with the order number and the email used at checkout.

Product fit

For products with size or material options, check the product page details before ordering. When in doubt, choose based on your pet's measurements, home setup, and daily routine rather than only the product photo.

Tracking

When tracking is available for an order, it will be shared by email. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipment is created.

Pet safety

Every pet is different. Supervise new toys, travel accessories, and enrichment products at first use, and remove any item that becomes damaged or unsuitable for your pet.
